Role Description This is a full-time, on-site RM and Sales Plan role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing raw material from Mill as per regional sales plans, tracking sales performance, and supporting the achievement of revenue and volume targets.

Responsibilities include handling customer queries, coordinating order execution with internal teams, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners. The position requires regular review of market trends,



competitor activities, and customer feedback to support pricing, product mix, and demand planning. The role also includes preparing sales report and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive business growth, manage accounts, and support sales planning and forecasting.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support capability building within the sales team and assist in onboarding new team members.
- Relevant experience in industrial or B2B sales, preferably in steel or manufacturing sectors, is beneficial.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use MS Office or similar tools efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and ethical business practices.
