About the Role

PanchaKrishna Construction Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) business in Nagpur and is looking for an experienced Quality Control Engineer to take responsibility for quality control activities at our RMC plant and customer sites.

We are specifically looking for candidates who are based in Nagpur, have an Engineering degree, and have hands-on experience in RMC/concrete quality control.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day quality control activities at the RMC plant.
- Monitor the quality of cement, aggregates, sand, admixtures and other raw materials .
- Conduct and monitor concrete testing including slump tests, cube casting and compressive-strength testing .
- Ensure concrete production follows approved mix designs and quality requirements.
- Monitor batching accuracy and concrete consistency.
- Maintain laboratory records, test reports and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with the Plant, Production, Dispatch and Sales teams .
- Conduct mix trials and assist with mix-design optimisation.
- Attend customer/site visits for technical and quality-related requirements.




- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor calibration and proper functioning of laboratory/testing equipment.
- Ensure quality procedures and applicable standards are followed.
- Maintain consistent quality of concrete across different grades and projects.

Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Engineering degree required , preferably B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering .
- Mandatory experience in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) quality control.
- Hands-on experience in concrete testing, laboratory operations and quality monitoring.
- Good understanding of concrete mix design, raw-material testing, slump testing and cube testing .
- Experience handling RMC/customer-site quality issues will be preferred.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates must be based in Nagpur.
- Candidates who can independently manage RMC quality-control activities will be preferred.

Compensation ₹3–5 LPA , depending on experience and suitability.
