Role Description This is a full-time remote role for individuals who have retired from formal employment but wish to remain professionally engaged. The role focuses on providing advisory support, mentorship, and knowledge-sharing to internal teams and clients, particularly in areas such as technology strategy, project planning, process improvement, and organizational best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities may include reviewing project proposals or documentation, offering feedback on system design or workflows,



participating in virtual meetings or consultations, and guiding junior professionals through coaching sessions.

The position is designed to be flexible and accommodating, enabling experienced professionals to contribute their expertise while maintaining a balanced post-retirement lifestyle.

Qualifications
