Retail Store Manager – Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.

- Allocate counters/shifts and manage staff attendance.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.

- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor stock, inventory, billing, and product movement.

- Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising, and store presentation.

- Track daily sales, targets, conversion, and team performance.

- Coordinate with HR and management for recruitment and staffing requirements.

- Train new employees on products, sales techniques, and store procedures.

- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures and store security.

- Maintain discipline, grooming, and skilled standards among staff.

- Coordinate with accounts/cashiers regarding cash handling and daily reconciliation.

- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly store performance reports.

- Monitor customer feedback and online reviews.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
