- 2–6 years’ experience in footwear retail
- Preferably current/previous experience with Bata, Metro, Mochi, Liberty, Woodland, Reliance Footprint, Skechers, Campus, etc.
- Must have handled store sales targets, staff, inventory, stock audit and POS
- Good customer-handling and selling skills
- Basic Excel/reporting
- Candidate should preferably live within 30–45 minutes of Sector 150
- Age/qualification should be secondary to actual retail performance
