Ajanta Footcare (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Retail Store Manager for our store in Nagarukhra, Nadia, West Bengal.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in retail store operations, team management, customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales target achievement.

Experience Required

- 1–4 years of experience in Retail Operations as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Retail Store Manager
- Experience in Footwear Retail, Apparel Retail, or any Retail Showroom is mandatory
- Experience in team handling, sales management, inventory control, and day-to-day store operations will be preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff
- Achieve sales targets and drive overall store performance
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries
- Manage inventory and ensure proper stock control
- Monitor stock movement and product availability
- Maintain store housekeeping and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure proper product display and store presentation
- Monitor billing and POS operations
- Prepare daily sales and stock reports
- Coordinate with the management team for smooth store operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

Required Skills




- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control
- Knowledge of visual merchandising
- Basic computer knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with POS/Billing Software

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should:
- Have 1–4 years of relevant retail store management experience
- Have mandatory experience in Footwear, Apparel, or Retail Showroom
- Be comfortable managing and motivating a retail team
- Have a strong customer-service and sales-oriented approach
- Be capable of independently handling daily store operations
- Have positive knowledge of inventory, billing, and reporting
- Be target-driven and committed to achieving store sales goals
