Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Officer role based in Patna.

The Retail Sales

Officer will welcome and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable jewellery pieces while delivering a high-quality, personalized shopping experience.

Responsibilities include managing in-store product displays, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring the showroom is well-presented and aligned with visual merchandising guidelines. The role involves handling billing and documentation, processing payments,



and adhering to company policies and procedures.

The Retail Sales

Officer will also engage in lead generation activities, support local marketing initiatives, and collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills in Customer Service, with the ability to build rapport and deliver a premium retail experience.
- Ability to identify and nurture potential buyers through Lead Generation and follow-up activities.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, including active listening and confident product presentation.
- Experience with Sales Operations such as billing, inventory checks, and in-store processes.
- Understanding of Channel Sales dynamics and coordination with broader retail and distribution networks.
- Prior experience in retail, luxury products, or jewellery sales is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using point-of-sale and inventory systems.
- Strong integrity, reliability, and a customer-centric mindset, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Minimum high school diploma; a graduate degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
