We are seeking experienced and motivated Jewelry- Retail Sales Officer and Cashier to lead our sales team and oversee the daily operations of our jewelry store. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the jewelry industry, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and profitability..
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure a premium shopping experience for every customer by upholding high service standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewelry products to assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
- Team Management:
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work workplace.
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
- Store Operations:
- Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times.
- Manage operational tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with policies.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, employee performance, and store activities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry, with a minimum of 1-5 years
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail with a strong understanding of jewelry products and market trends.
- Technical: Proficiency in retail POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
