About TrueKnot

TrueKnot is a premium hand-knotted and hand-tufted carpet brand, and the sister brand of Starkle, a fine jewellery label in Lajpat Nagar. Our carpets are woven by hand in the Bhadohi weaving belt in New Zealand wool, silk and blended yarns. We sell to homeowners, architects and interior designers from our gallery showroom on MG Road, Sultanpur.

The role

You are the face of the showroom. Carpet buying is a considered purchase — measurements, colour matching, budgets, often more than one visit. Your job is to guide the client through it and close the sale.

- Host walk-in clients and understand their space, taste and budget




- Present collections confidently — materials, construction, pricing, care (full product training provided)
- Log every enquiry and follow up over phone and WhatsApp until it closes
- Prepare quotations, coordinate home trials and site visits
- Work towards monthly sales targets
- Keep displays and inventory in order

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant principle.
- Minimum 1 year of retail, customer-facing experience — essential
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills
- Warm, patient and presentable in a premium retail workplace
- Available six days a week, including weekends

Preferred: experience in interiors, home décor or home furnishing.
