Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, well-groomed and customer-focused Retail Sales Person to join our men’s fashion store. The ideal candidate should have a good sense of fashion, excellent communication skills and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable outfits.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide a warm, qualified shopping experience.

Understand customer requirements, preferences, sizes and budgets.

Recommend suitable men’s clothing, styles and complete looks.

Explain product features, fabrics, fits, pricing and offers.

Handle trials, size exchanges and customer queries efficiently.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is well organised.

Keep track of stock, sizes and product availability.

Assist with billing and basic store operations.

Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.





Maintain high standards of grooming and customer service.

Support the team during new collections, promotions and festive sales.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable and well-groomed personality.

Interest in men’s fashion and styling.

Previous experience in apparel/fashion retail is preferred.

Ability to confidently interact with customers and close sales.

Basic knowledge of sizes, fits, fabrics and styling.

Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Honest, punctual and responsible.
