Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Retail Sales Assistant Manager & Sales Associate based at Pune International Airport (PNQ), New Airport Road, Lohegaon, Pune, Maharashtra 411032. The role involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, assisting customers in finding the right products, managing retail sales tasks,



and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The individual will work closely with the store team to support sales goals, drive customer satisfaction, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

- Experience in Retail Sales and strong skills in achieving sales targets
- Excellent Customer Service and a customer-first attitude
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience by providing personalized recommendations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
