We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail store. The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with customers, understand their requirements, and help them choose the right products.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the store.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Explain product features, prices, offers, and availability.
- Maintain proper display and arrangement of products.
- Support daily sales activities and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
- Assist with stock checking, replenishment, and inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
- Support billing and other store operations when required.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of retail sales and customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous retail/sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
