Job Title: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager – FMCG (Papad Category)

Location: Gujarat (Requires extensive regional and pan-India travel)

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in FMCG sales

We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Sales Leader to drive product sales, establish robust distribution networks, and build a high-performing sales team for Bhakti Papad.

In this end-to-end ownership role, you will lead the market expansion across Gujarat initially and scale distribution pan-India. You will be responsible for setting up the foundational sales infrastructure within the first 3 months and driving sustainable revenue growth thereafter.

Key Responsibilities

- Distribution Network Setup: Build, expand, and manage GT (General Trade), MT (Up-to-date Trade), and wholesale distribution channels across Gujarat and pan-India.
- Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to cover key territories effectively.
- Sales & Revenue Ownership: Take complete end-to-end accountability for hitting target sales volumes and expanding market share for our entire papad product range.




- Market Expansion: Set up base distribution operations within 3 months and execute go-to-market strategies for long-term growth.
- Field Execution & Travel: Conduct regular market visits, build relationships with key distributors/stockists, and monitor competitor activities across cities and states.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years of proven sales experience in the FMCG sector (packaged food/papad category preferred).
- Network & Track Record: Strong existing network of distributors, stockists, and retail channels across Gujarat and India.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within cities, across the state, and pan-India as needed.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead a sales team from scratch.
- Execution Focus: Self-driven professional capable of taking complete ownership from strategy to field execution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
