Salary: INR 60,000 to 80,000 per month with Performance Incentives (based on Experience & Talent)
Incentive Potential: Up to INR 50,000 to 1,00,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with a solid background in Food & Beverage operations, finance, and sales management.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management
- 7-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry /age 25-30
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills
- Ability to drive sales growth and maintain high service standards
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest experience
- Control costs and maintain profitability
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and footfall
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team
- Maintain top standards of food quality, hygiene, and service
- Manage inventory, suppliers, and purchasing
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and brand growth
