Role Description The Restaurant Area Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for overseeing multiple Khan Chacha outlets in the region. This role involves managing daily operations across assigned restaurants, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.

The Area

Manager monitors performance metrics, supervises outlet managers, and supports staffing activities, including hiring, training, and scheduling.

Responsibilities include implementing operational procedures, optimizing costs, maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations,



and addressing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

The Area

Manager collaborates closely with the leadership team to execute promotional initiatives, enhance guest satisfaction, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to resolve issues and enhance guest experiences across multiple outlets.
- Experience with Hiring and team management, including training, performance coaching, and workforce planning.
- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with outlet teams, senior management, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, quality control, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in quick service or casual dining environments.
- Ability to analyze sales and operational data, manage budgets, and drive efficiency and profitability.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work in a quick-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
