**Job activities for RaIC

- Target setting and monitoring for month, quarter and year, for the sales, Materials, Projects and O&M.;
- Human Resources and general admin of the Area.
- Management of Procurement and stores of the Area
- P&L; management of the zone
- Tracking of revisions in the net metering regulations ** FOR RaIC IN MS SYSTEM
- Organising and ensuring the management of solar installers, technicians, and subcontractors in timely and optimally for installation, testing, commissioning, or performance monitoring etc.
- Ensuring the productive receipt of material, handling and accountability.
- Ensuring of proper coordinating and liasoning with DISCOMs and statutory authorities for net metering arrangement, CEIG etc.
- Ensuring very high detailed engineering and better vendor relations. ***Sales support




- Ensuring the timely pre-offer site survey, analyse the input from the client & designing the electrical documents & drawings etc.
- Managing the timely submission of offers and follow up to result for closure of the order from clients.

Requirements

**Essential skill set required
1. He should have 4-10 years of sales experience. Solar sector experience should be there at least for 2 years.
2. He/She should have good communication skills verbal and written.
3. He/She should be Result Oriented, Highly Motivated, Presentation Skills, Time Management Skills.
