Job Summary

We are looking for a Resident Engineer – L2 with 6 months to 1 year of practical, hands-on IT support experience. The candidate will provide onsite technical support, troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the client site.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2-level onsite technical support to users and the client IT team.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of servers, storage, networking, wireless devices, CCTV, and AV equipment.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi access points, wireless connectivity, switches, and basic network issues.
- Diagnose hardware, software, connectivity, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and replace IT hardware and peripherals as required.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams, OEMs, and service partners for issue resolution.
- Monitor reported incidents and ensure timely closure as per SLA.
- Maintain records of incidents, service requests, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.




- Assist with preventive maintenance and routine IT infrastructure checks.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate L3/internal team when required.
- Ensure proper documentation and handover of technical activities.

Required Skills

- Exposure to servers, storage, wireless devices, CCTV, AV, and other IT infrastructure will be an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently at a client site.
