Role Description This is a full time, on-site Restaurant Manager role based at The Den Bengaluru in Whitefield.

The Restaurant

Manager oversees day-to-day operations of assigned restaurant outlets, ensuring consistent service standards, quality food and beverage execution, and an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities include managing staff scheduling, supervising front-of-house and service teams, and coordinating closely with the kitchen to maintain smooth operations. The role also involves handling guest feedback, monitoring hygiene and safety standards, managing inventory and cost controls,



and supporting promotional activities and special events.

The Restaurant

Manager collaborates with hotel leadership to meet revenue targets, implement brand standards, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to deliver strong Customer Service and drive high Customer Satisfaction levels.

- Proficiency in Hiring, training, and supervising restaurant teams, with a focus on fair and inclusive people management.

- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and cross-functional hotel departments.

- Solid Food & Beverage knowledge, including menu understanding, service standards, and basic F&B; cost awareness.

- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel F&B; management, preferably in upscale or luxury environments.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage peak business periods calmly and efficiently.

- Working knowledge of POS systems, reservations platforms, and basic reporting tools.

- Relevant hospitality or hotel management education is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.

- Commitment to health, safety, and hygiene standards, and adherence to local regulations and brand guidelines.
