Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Doctor to join our medical team. In this role, you will provide high-quality direct patient care under the supervision of senior attending physicians while gaining comprehensive clinical experience. You will manage patient admissions, conduct daily rounds, order diagnostic tests, and execute treatment plans in an inpatient and/or outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed medical histories, physical examinations, and initial clinical evaluations.

- Formulate and implement patient management and treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians and senior staff.

- Perform daily ward rounds, monitor patient progress, and adjust medications or care plans as appropriate.

- Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests, including lab work, imaging, and ECGs.

- Assist in or perform clinical procedures (e.g., blood draws, IV insertions, lumbar punctures, wound care) following standard safety protocols.

- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely electronic health records (EHR), including admission notes, daily progress notes, discharge summaries, and prescriptions.

- Respond promptly to urgent or emergency patient calls and manage acute medical situations under supervision.





- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans.

- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, specialists, pharmacists, and allied health staff.

- Participate actively in departmental conferences, clinical audits, journal clubs, and required educational programs.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.

- Licensure: Valid medical registration/license with the relevant State Medical Council or National Medical Commission.

- Experience: Completion of a mandatory internship (CRMI) or equivalent clinical rotation.

- Skills:

- Solid diagnostic, clinical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in basic emergency procedures and life support (BLS/ACLS certification preferred).

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient-centered care.

- Strong time management and stress resilience in fast-paced medical environments.

- High standard of medical ethics and professionalism.

Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
