We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Reservation Manager to manage hotel reservation enquiries and maximize booking conversions for our properties.

The candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website, online campaigns and other direct channels, coordinating with hotel teams, and ensuring maximum conversion of enquiries into confirmed bookings.

This is a sales-oriented reservation role, and the candidate should be comfortable working with booking targets, room rates, occupancy and daily follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and convert reservation enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, website and digital marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with prospective guests and ensure maximum possible conversion of enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Manage reservations for multiple hotel properties from the Saket office.
- Quote appropriate room rates, packages and offers based on availability and approved pricing.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue and Marketing teams regarding room availability, rates, packages and offers.
- Encourage direct bookings and reduce loss of potential bookings to OTAs.
- Handle last-minute and same-day booking enquiries efficiently.
- Follow up on pending enquiries, quotations and payment requests until closure.
- Maintain accurate guest and reservation details in the hotel PMS / reservation system.
- Monitor cancellations, amendments, no-shows and booking requests.
- Ensure proper communication of inclusions such as breakfast, room category, cancellation policy and payment terms to guests.
- Track daily enquiries, conversions, room nights and revenue generated through the reservation desk.
- Identify lost bookings and reasons for non-conversion and report them to management.




- Coordinate with the hotel team for special requests, group bookings and guest requirements.
- Support promotional packages and campaigns launched by the Marketing and Revenue teams.
- Maintain qualified guest communication and provide prompt responses across all reservation channels.

Key Performance Indicators – KPIs Performance will primarily be evaluated on:
- Enquiry-to-booking conversion percentage
- Direct booking revenue
- Room nights generated
- Follow-up and closure of pending enquiries
- Response time to new enquiries
- Lost booking / non-conversion tracking
- Accuracy of reservations and guest information

Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Hotel Reservations, Front Office or Reservation Sales.
- Previous experience handling direct hotel bookings is preferred.
- Good understanding of hotel room categories, rates, packages, occupancy and cancellation policies.
- Strong telephone sales and guest-handling skills.
- Excellent follow-up and negotiation ability.
- Comfortable working with booking and revenue targets.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS / booking engines / OTA extranets will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and reservation reporting.
- Candidate should be proactive, organized and focused on closing bookings rather than simply responding to enquiries.

Candidates currently working as

Senior Reservation Executive / Reservation Supervisor / Reservation Manager / Front Office Supervisor / Reservation Sales Executive from hotels, hotel chains, travel companies or centralized reservation offices will be preferred.
