- Route scouting through literature
- Selection of cost-effective routes

- Safe and cost-effective process development of recent molecules

- Execution & monitoring of multiple reactions

- Able to guide the junior/training chemist

- Knowledge and good hands on purifications techniques like recrystallization

- Interpretation of analytical data (1H NMR, LCMS, HPLC, GC)

- Knowledge and controlling the process & process related impurities during the development

- Identification of plausible impurities from LCMS/1H NMR

- Chemistry Problem solving skills
- Preparation & Evaluation of structural characterization reports

- Preparation of PD and TT reports

- Supporting the Technology Transfer team

- Experience on yield and quality improvement of the molecules
