Experience : 8 yrs The Reltio AI/Automation Lead will drive AI-enabled Master

Data Management initiatives, leveraging Reltio AI capabilities to improve data quality, entity resolution, matching accuracy, automation, and governance.

The role will be responsible for designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions, optimizing stewardship processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the MDM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead implementation and optimization of Reltio AI and automation capabilities.
- Assess AI-driven match recommendations, entity resolution patterns, duplicate trends, and data quality insights.
- Design and improve matching, survivorship, and data quality frameworks using AI-assisted recommendations.
- Drive automation of data stewardship, exception handling, workflow orchestration, and governance processes.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, data governance teams, and platform teams to define AI strategy.
- Monitor and improve Golden Record accuracy, false positive/negative rates, and match confidence scoring.
- Identify opportunities for GenAI, Agentic AI,



and intelligent automation within MDM operations.
- Create dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure AI effectiveness and business value.
- Mentor AI/automation engineers and establish best practices for AI-driven MDM solutions.
- Support UAT, validation, production deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Solid experience in Reltio MDM platform configuration and administration.
- Experience with Reltio AI capabilities, entity resolution, matching, survivorship, and data quality management.
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, governance, stewardship workflows, and metadata management.
- Experience with Python, automation frameworks, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG frameworks, LangChain, or similar technologies.
- Experience analyzing AI recommendations and translating them into business and technical improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
