Role Description This full-time Relationship Officer role is an on-site position based in Virudhunagar.

The Relationship

Officer will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable products and services. Daily responsibilities include engaging with new and existing clients, explaining financial solutions, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve client queries,



monitoring account activities, and contributing to targeted business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management skills to develop, nurture, and retain client relationships.
