Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bharatpur.

The Relationship

Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their insurance and financial needs, and providing appropriate life insurance and protection solutions. Daily activities include meeting existing and prospective customers, explaining product features, assisting with policy applications and servicing requests, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. The role also involves coordinating with bank branches and internal teams, achieving assigned sales and renewals targets,



and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and business activities.

The Relationship

Manager is expected to uphold regulatory and company compliance standards while representing PNB MetLife’s values in all customer engagements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Candidates should possess sales and business development skills, including target achievement, cross-selling, and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess basic financial and insurance acumen, including understanding of life insurance products, protection and retirement solutions, and regulatory guidelines.
- Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including accurate documentation, follow-up, and use of CRM or other reporting tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in business, finance, or a related field, is beneficial.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services, especially in customer-facing or sales roles, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bharatpur, collaborate with branch staff, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment is required.
