Role & responsibilities

- Acquire new clients and open Demat & Trading Accounts.

- Generate revenue through Opening up the Demat Account.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail, & corporate clients.

- Provide investment ideas, market updates, and trading opportunities to clients..

- Increase client activation and trading volume.

- Handle client queries and provide prompt resolutions.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.

- Follow up with inactive clients and increase engagement.

- Coordinate with research and dealer teams to provide better customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

- robust communication and relationship-building skills.

- Knowledge of Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, and Capital Markets.

- Sales and target-oriented approach.

- Client handling and negotiation skills.

- Ability to understand market trends and investment products.
