- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies for life insurance products in conjunction with bank partners.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales performance.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in banca sales or relationship management in the BFSI industry.

- Strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to leverage data analytics for lead generation and relationship building.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
