Role & Responsibilities

- Drive regional sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Develop and manage the dealer and distributor network across the assigned region.

- Identify new markets and appoint new dealers to expand business presence.

- Monitor dealer performance, stock levels, enquiries, retail sales and market activity.

- Build robust relationships with dealers, distributors and key customers.

- Plan and execute regional sales strategies, dealer schemes and promotional activities.

- Conduct regular market visits and support dealers in improving sales performance.

- Track competitor activities, pricing and market trends.

- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, service, finance and operations.

- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports and business reviews for management.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Graduate/Postgraduate with experience in Automobile, EV, Two-Wheeler or Commercial Vehicle sales.

- Proven experience in dealer/distributor network management and channel sales.

- Strong knowledge of regional markets and dealership expansion.

- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Target-driven with strong sales planning and execution capabilities.

- Comfortable with extensive travelling across the assigned territory.

- Candidates with experience in Electric Two-Wheeler / EV industry will be preferred.

- Experience: 5+ years in sales, preferably with team or regional responsibility.
