About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager with a strong background in the Real Estate Industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating business opportunities, handling property sales, conducting site visits, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from the initial enquiry to deal closure.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in real estate sales and a strong understanding of the property market, customer handling, lead conversion, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels and convert them into site visits and sales.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective customers.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates regarding projects, pricing, offers, and availability.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and other business associates.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Achieve assigned monthly,



quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation, booking, and post-sales processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up details, and sales reports in the CRM.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, property prices, and new project launches.
- Generate referral business through strong customer relationships and networking.
- Participate in sales meetings, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Mandatory experience in the Real Estate Industry.
- Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or business development within real estate.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property sales process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong follow-up and lead conversion abilities.
- Target-oriented with a solid passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the sales team.
