Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager–Broking role based in Mumbai.

The Relationship

Manager will build and manage a portfolio of clients, understand their investment needs, and offer appropriate broking and trading solutions. Daily responsibilities include onboarding new clients, maintaining regular contact with existing clients, and providing timely market updates and product information.



The role involves coordinating with the trading and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client orders and resolving queries promptly.

The Relationship

Manager will also work on achieving sales and revenue targets, preparing basic reports, and adhering to regulatory and internal compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, understand financial needs, and provide suitable broking solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of equity markets, financial products, and regulatory norms related to broking.
- Proficiency in using trading platforms, CRM tools, and standard office software.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field; relevant certifications in securities or brokerage are an advantage.
- Prior experience in broking, sales, or financial services client management is preferred but not mandatory.
