Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of insurance products.

- Identify current business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers and generating leads.

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of bancassurance, banca sales, life insurance, insurance sales, BFSI sales, and cross-selling concepts.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

- Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.
