Glopharm Laboratories, a Mumbai-based pharmaceutical company, is looking for a detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Officer to join our team and support protected, compliant healthcare products.
What you'll do
? Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documentation for product approvals and compliance
? Coordinate regulatory submissions to health authorities and track their progress

? Respond to regulatory queries in a timely manner
? Monitor and interpret changes in regulatory requirements
? Advise internal teams on regulatory impact
? Collaborate with quality, production, and R&D; on processes, labeling, and product information
? Maintain accurate records and support inspections/audits
What we're looking for
✅ Bachelor's/Master's in Pharmacy, Sciences,
Regulatory Affairs, or related field
✅ Strong expertise in regulatory frameworks, compliance, and requirements
✅ Experience preparing regulatory documentation and coordinating submissions
✅ Understanding of pharmaceutical/healthcare regulations (national and international)
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities
✅ Prior experience in regulatory affairs within healthcare/pharma/medical devices preferred
✅ Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory authority interactions is a plus
