Executive – International Regulatory Affairs, Product Management & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute global regulatory strategies for feed supplements across markets such as USA, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.
- Manage product registrations, dossiers, submissions, renewals, variations, and lifecycle management as per country-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities, consultants, distributors, and third-party laboratories for approvals, testing, audits, and compliance.
- Monitor global regulatory changes and advise internal teams on their impact.
- Ensure labelling, packaging, import/export documentation, and certificates comply with local regulations.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with R&D;, Quality, Legal, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, distributor identification,



and recent business development across international markets.
- Develop product strategy, market-entry plans, GTM strategies, and product roadmaps.
- Prepare marketing and promotional tools including PPTs, brochures, leaflets, product profiles, and videos.
- Support the complete product lifecycle from concept and registration through launch, growth, and portfolio management.
