Role Summary

As a ZypHeal Home Nurse, you deliver pre-booked, in-home nursing care to our customers — administering clinical procedures safely and compassionately, and acting as the trusted, reassuring clinical presence of the ZypHeal brand inside someone's home.

About ZypHeal

ZypHeal is a premium home healthcare platform for affluent urban India, delivering virtual doctor consultations, home nursing, physiotherapy, phlebotomy and diagnostics, medicine delivery, vaccination, nutrition counselling, and mental health support directly at the customer's home.

Unlike gig-marketplace models, ZypHeal's clinical staff are salaried, full-time employees of the company — not independent contractors booked through a marketplace. This is a deliberate choice: it is what lets us guarantee consistent quality, consistent brand experience, and a genuine standard of care on every visit, and it is central to how we are building trust with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical care delivery

- Injections (IV / IM / SC)
- Elderly companion care
- Wound dressing and dressing changes
- Oxygen therapy assistance
- Nebulization assistance
- Diabetes management support
- Insulin administration
- Bedridden patient care

Visit standards

- Arrive at the customer's home within the scheduled visit window, in ZypHeal uniform, with all required kit and consumables.
- Confirm identity, consent, and the booked procedure before beginning any clinical activity, per ZypHeal's home-visit consent protocol.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of every visit (vitals, procedure performed, observations) in the ZypHeal app.




- Escalate promptly to the on-call virtual doctor for any case outside your scope, or any deterioration in the patient's condition.
- Maintain strict hygiene, infection control, and biomedical waste disposal standards on every visit.

How the model works

- Customers pre-book a specific service (e.g., a nursing procedure or a physiotherapy session) through the ZypHeal app for a chosen date and time slot.
- Visits are scheduled and batched within your assigned PIN-code zone, so your day's visits are geographically clustered rather than spread across the city.
- A ZypHeal virtual doctor is available on-call to support you during a visit — for clinical questions, escalations, or to review a case in real time.
- You represent the ZypHeal brand in the customer's home: professionalism, punctuality and a calm, reassuring manner matter as much as clinical competence.

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on clinical work experience (hospital, home care, or clinic setting).
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (or equivalent recognized nursing qualification).
- Valid state nursing/professional council registration and license to practice, in good standing.




- Comfortable working independently at a patient's home without in office physician supervision, while coordinating with a virtual doctor as needed.
- Robust communication and bedside manner — this is a premium, trust-led brand; every interaction should feel unhurried, careful and personal.
- Willingness to travel within an assigned geo-fenced zone for scheduled home visits.
- Basic digital literacy — comfortable using a smartphone app for visit schedules, documentation and reporting.

What success looks like

- Consistently high customer satisfaction and repeat-visit ratings.
- Zero missed or late visits within your assigned zone.
- Accurate, complete documentation on every visit, with no compliance gaps.
- Timely, appropriate escalation to the virtual doctor when a case is outside scope.

Compensation & Benefits

- Full-time, salaried position with ZypHeal (not a per-visit contractor arrangement).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
