Role Description The Registered Nurse role is a full-time, on-site position based at Subhash Chand Multi-Speciality Hospital in Bhatparrani. The nurse will provide direct patient care across inpatient and critical care areas, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, preparing patients and families for treatments and surgeries, and supporting recovery and discharge planning. The role also involves adhering to infection control standards, ensuring safety protocols,



and participating in emergency and trauma care as needed.

Nurses are expected to contribute to a culture of empathy, clear communication, and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.

Qualifications

- Valid nursing registration (e.g., GNM, B.Sc Nursing) and eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Experience or training in critical care environments such as ICU, NICU, MICU, or emergency/trauma units is highly beneficial.
- Ability to follow hospital protocols, infection control guidelines, and safety procedures in high-acuity settings.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
- Capacity to manage time, prioritize tasks, and remain composed in fast-paced or high-pressure clinical situations.
- Basic computer literacy for electronic medical records and documentation systems.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required by patient care needs.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous learning.
- Prior experience in a multi-speciality hospital setting is an advantage but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
