Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in the education loan segment.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the region through effective relationship management with educational institutions.
- Identify recent business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers at target schools.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to optimize sales performance.
Job Requirements :
- 7-12 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in educational sales or loan against property (LAP).
- Strong understanding of educational loans, including LAP products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
