Role Description This full-time, on-site Regional Manager role is based in Hyderabad.

The Regional

Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple centers within the region, ensuring operational excellence, academic quality, and adherence to organizational standards. Daily activities include monitoring center performance, guiding center heads, reviewing enrollments and revenue targets, and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive growth. The role involves coordinating faculty deployment, supporting training initiatives,



and maintaining high levels of student satisfaction and service quality.

The Regional

Manager also collaborates with senior leadership on regional strategy, prepares regular performance reports, and ensures compliance with company policies and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong regional operations management skills, including center oversight, performance monitoring, and process implementation.
- Candidates should possess people management and leadership skills, including team supervision, mentoring, conflict resolution, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess sales and business development skills, including target-driven execution, local marketing planning, and relationship-building with institutions and partners.
- Candidates should possess analytical and planning skills, including data-driven decision-making, reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning for growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across academic, administrative, and corporate teams.
- Relevant experience in the education, training, or test-prep sector is highly beneficial.
- A graduate degree in any discipline is required; a postgraduate or management qualification (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, travel within the region as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
