We are seeking a seasoned Regional HR Manager based in Bengaluru location to spearhead the HR function for our South operations. You will be responsible for translating business goals into HR priorities while ensuring operational excellence across all regional sites. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and "on-the-ground" execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Support: Act as a strategic consultant to regional leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive growth in the South market.
- Performance Management: Drive the end-to-end PMS cycle across the region. Ensure objective goal setting, mid-year reviews, and fair appraisal processes to build a high-performance culture.
- Learning & Development (L&D;): Identify regional skill gaps and coordinate with the central L&D; team to implement training programs that enhance employee capabilities.
- Talent Management & Operations: Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
Oversee regional HR data, documentation, and MIS reporting.
- HR Processes & Policy Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to corporate policies and statutory labor laws (including state-specific regulations for the South). Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance.
- Change Management: Lead regional transitions and organizational changes, ensuring smooth communication and minimal disruption to operations.
- Employee Relations, Engagement & Retention: Build a positive work workplace through proactive grievance handling, regional engagement initiatives, and retention strategies to minimize attrition.
Required Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of core HR experience,
- Proven track record in handling Employee Relations and Change Management.
Excellent communication skills in English, Kanada and Hindi.
