Role Description The Regional Head is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving regional business growth and overseeing solar projects within the designated territory. This role includes managing regional operations, leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of engineering and solar solutions.

The Regional

Head will develop and execute regional sales and business strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. Daily tasks involve coordinating with project managers and engineers, monitoring project performance and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards,



and preparing regular reports for senior leadership. The role also requires collaboration with corporate teams to align regional initiatives with overall company objectives and to continuously improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, mentoring, and performance management.
- Business development and regional sales experience, with skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and market analysis.
- Operational and project management capabilities, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
- Technical understanding of solar energy solutions or engineering services, with the ability to work closely with engineering and project teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including presentation, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a regional or multi-site leadership role, preferably within renewable energy, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and travel within the region as required.

Experience for regional BD head 8 to 16 years in solar Sr BD manager (C&I;) 10 to 18 years as same
