We are Hiring Regional Finance Manager for a leading Group of Co in manufacturing HVAC equipment and Air handling Units located in Bengaluru.

Qualification -

- Candidate should have CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification

Experience - As a Regional Finance Manager , he Should have 7-10 years in products of HVAC manufacturing experience, Air Handling Unit , Air handling and air conditioning units, Air curtains -Wings , fan coil units , Heating Units or equivalent Product Manufacturing.

- Financial Accounting process & control
- Financial Reporting & Group Consolidation
- Working Capital & Cash Flow Management
- Manufacturing Finance & Cost Control
- Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Audit Management
- Commercial & Business Finance
- Transfer Pricing & Intercompany Transactions
- Finance Systems & Process Improvement




- Liaison local bank for bank opening and bank deposit daily management, etc.
- Should have experience working as Board Member or Authorized Signatory or Decision Maker for the regional company
- Should have experience on ERP package
- Should be well versed with Indian Tax system and other compliance
- NOTE - Should be able to join 30-45 days
- Candidate from Karnataka region OR Nearby region is preferable.
