Regional Collection Manager - (Haryana & Uttarakhand)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Collection Manager to oversee collection operations across the Haryana and Uttarakhand regions, based out of Karnal. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of collection executives, developing and implementing effective collection strategies, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in managing large portfolios, achieving collection targets, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute regional collection strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual collection targets for the assigned territories (Haryana & Uttarakhand).
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of collection executives and managers, providing regular training, performance feedback, and support to enhance their capabilities.
- Monitor collection performance across various portfolios, analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions promptly.




- Ensure strict adherence to all internal collection policies, procedures, and external regulatory compliance guidelines (e.g., RBI guidelines, local laws).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including sales, credit, legal, and operations teams to streamline collection processes.
- Manage and optimize the allocation of collection resources, including field agents and agencies, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess ground realities, support team members, and resolve complex collection cases.
- Prepare and present detailed collection performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Implement best practices in debt recovery, negotiation, and customer relationship management to ensure ethical and effective collection practices.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with collection activities, ensuring a healthy portfolio quality.
