D.Sign.D, a growing luxury bridal and fashion brand with 3 branches in Chennai, is looking for an experienced Business Head to lead and scale the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operations and performance across all branches.
- Drive sales, revenue, profitability and business growth.
- Set and monitor branch-wise targets and KPIs.
- Lead, mentor and build a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement SOPs and efficient systems.
- Monitor customer experience and ensure consistent brand standards.
- Work closely with the Founder on expansion and strategic initiatives.
- Take ownership of day-to-day business performance and problem-solving.
Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years of experience in retail, fashion,
luxury, lifestyle or hospitality.
- Experience managing multiple branches is preferred.
- Strong leadership, sales and people-management skills.
- Highly accountable, proactive and commercially driven.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
