- Assess patients’ health conditions and provide appropriate nursing care at home.

- Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely.

- Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen levels.

- Assist patients with daily activities, personal hygiene, and mobility.

- Provide wound care, dressing changes, injections, and other nursing procedures.

- Maintain accurate patient records and document changes in health conditions.

- Educate patients and family members about medication, diet, and healthcare practices.

- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals when required.

- Provide emotional support and ensure patient comfort and safety.

- Respond promptly to emergencies and arrange medical assistance when necessary.
