Healic Hospital is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Referral Executives to join our team at SRG Gurgaon. The role involves building strong professional relationships with Doctors and Diagnostic Centers and generating patient referrals for various surgical specialties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit a minimum of 10–12 Doctors and Diagnostic Centers every day within the assigned locality/beat.
- Introduce Healic Hospital’s surgical facilities, specialist doctors, and patient-focused services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Doctors and Diagnostic Centers through regular follow-ups and planned revisit cycles.
- Identify and generate genuine patient referral leads for required surgeries.
- Capture complete and consented patient details and log every lead in the field-sales app/CRM on the same day.
- Follow the assigned weekly beat plan and maintain regular coverage of allocated Doctors and Diagnostic Centers.
- Develop new Doctor and Diagnostic Center connections and convert them into active referral partners.
- Maintain accurate daily visit and lead records in the CRM.
- Ensure quality and completeness of all patient and referral-source information.
- Coordinate with the central Sales/CRM/Patient Care team for further lead conversion and patient follow-up.

Important: The role is focused on patient reference/lead generation and relationship building. Package discussions, revenue collection, consultation scheduling, surgery coordination, and lead-to-conversion activities will be handled by the respective central teams.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and daily travel within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM applications will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or field sales will be preferred.
