Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Specialist (target-based/from consultancy background) at CareerBloc.

The Recruitment

Specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with client organizations. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, posting and optimizing job ads, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves meeting defined placement targets, preparing recruitment reports,



and collaborating closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and timelines.

The Recruitment

Specialist will work with internal teams to improve recruitment strategies and support training or onboarding processes where required.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidate fit based on role requirements and client expectations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training and coaching skills to support candidate readiness and contribute to client or internal onboarding initiatives.
- Experience in target-based recruitment or consultancy environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple requisitions, and meet performance goals.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn.
