About the Role
We are looking for Recruitment Interns who wants hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
You will work closely with our recruitment team on live hiring projects, gaining practical exposure to sourcing, candidate screening, coordination and recruitment operations.
What You'll Do
· Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases and other channels
· Screen candidates based on job requirements
· Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their profiles
· Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
· Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
· Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
· Support the team in closing active recruitment mandates
· Learn and contribute to day-to-day recruitment operations
Who We're Looking For
· Graduate or candidate with a B.Com, BBA,
Business Administration or Commerce background
· Currently not enrolled in college/university
· Freshers are welcome; 0–1 year recruitment experience is an advantage
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone/WhatsApp
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
· Self-driven, organised and willing to learn
· Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup
· Interested in building a career in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
