About the role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Reels Content Creator who can create engaging short-form video content for our clients and Maven Advert’s social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand current social media trends, have a creative mindset, and be comfortable with shooting, editing, scripting, and presenting reels .

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media videos.
- Plan reel concepts, scripts, hooks and storylines.
- Shoot videos for clients, products, services and events.
- Edit videos with suitable transitions, captions, music, effects and trending formats.
- Stay updated with Instagram and social media trends.
- Develop creative content ideas based on different client industries.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design team for content planning.




- Attend client locations for video shoots when required.
- Create content that improves reach, engagement and brand visibility.
- Maintain a monthly content/reels plan for assigned clients.

Requirements

- Good knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Basic to strong video editing skills.
- Experience with tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and viral formats.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in social media/reels/content creation is preferred.

- Experience handling business/brand social media accounts.
