Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Recruitment Specialist (Target Based) at CareerBloc.

The Recruitment

Specialist will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with clients to understand role requirements and hiring targets. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, posting and optimizing job listings, managing candidate communication, and ensuring timely follow-ups and offer closures.



The role involves achieving defined recruitment targets, preparing regular reports on hiring progress, and collaborating with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with client needs.

The Recruitment

Specialist will also contribute to onboarding coordination and may support training initiatives to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and candidate assessment skills to evaluate fit and potential.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for candidates and clients.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding support skills to help current hires integrate successfully.
- Experience working in target-based or performance-driven recruitment environments is beneficial.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media sourcing tools is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Prior experience in agency recruitment, HR consulting, or related fields is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines is preferred but not mandatory.
