Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Recruitment Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery for our Offshore accounts. This role sits close to the funnel leading a recruitment team while staying directly involved in delivery and acts as the primary point of contact for Offshore account managers on staffing performance, pipeline health, and escalations.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned Offshore accounts from sourcing through to closure and onboarding.
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage a dedicated recruiting/sourcing team, staying hands-on in the funnel where needed.
- Serve as the primary escalation point and relationship owner for Offshore account managers, aligning on delivery expectations and SLAs.
- Track and report on funnel metrics (leads, submissions, interviews, offers, joiners) and drive corrective action on conversion gaps.
- Partner with sales and relationship management teams to align delivery capacity with pipeline demand.
- Build and maintain delivery processes that scale with team growth and account complexity.





Must-Have Requirements
- Core background in staffing (contract/permanent staffing agency experience) not solely corporate or RPO recruiting.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with Offshore account managers or Offshore delivery clients.
- Proven track record of leading a high-performing recruitment team, with measurable delivery outcomes.
- Hands-on delivery orientation comfortable working the funnel personally, not purely a people manager.
- Strong command of recruitment funnel metrics and the discipline to drive a team against them.

Valuable to Have • Experience operating in a post-merger or multi-entity delivery environment. • Familiarity with vendor and alliance-driven sourcing models.
