About the Company

We are a service-based company providing Security, Housekeeping, Facility Management and Manpower Services to Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), institutions and other reputed organizations.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Recruitment & Verification Executive to manage the complete recruitment, verification and joining formalities of security guards, housekeeping staff and other deployed manpower.

Job Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Manpower Sourcing

- Source and recruit security guards, supervisors, housekeeping staff and other manpower as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with local recruitment agencies, references, job portals and other manpower sources.
- Conduct preliminary screening of candidates based on age, education, experience, physical fitness and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, selection and joining of candidates.
- Maintain a database/pool of suitable candidates for current and future requirements.

2. Document Verification

- Collect and verify all required documents from selected candidates, including:
- Aadhaar / valid identity proof
- Address proof
- PAN card
- Educational certificates
- Previous employment/experience documents
- Bank account details
- Photographs
- Age/date-of-birth proof
- Police verification documents
- Other documents required under company/client guidelines.
- Check documents for completeness, authenticity and consistency.
- Identify discrepancies, missing documents or suspicious/incomplete information and escalate the same to the concerned authority.
- Maintain proper physical and digital records of all employee documents.

3. Police & Background Verification

- Coordinate the police verification / antecedent verification process for employees as required by the company or client.
- Follow up with candidates and concerned police authorities/agencies for timely completion of verification.
- Maintain records of verification applications, acknowledgements, reports and status.
- Ensure that personnel requiring mandatory verification are not deployed without completion of the required formalities, wherever applicable.




- Coordinate additional background checks as required by Government Departments, PSUs or individual client contracts.

4. Joining & Deployment Formalities

- Complete employee joining forms, undertakings, declarations and other required documentation.
- Coordinate medical examination, physical fitness checks and other pre-employment requirements where applicable.
- Ensure employees complete all mandatory documentation before deployment.
- Prepare employee files and deployment-related documents for submission to clients.
- Coordinate with the Operations/Field Team for timely deployment of selected personnel.
- Maintain records of deployed, pending and rejected candidates.

5. Government / PSU Client Compliance

- Understand and follow the manpower documentation and verification requirements specified by individual Government Departments and PSUs.
- Prepare and maintain employee documents required for client verification, gate passes, access cards, deployment approval and other site-entry formalities.
- Coordinate with client representatives for submission and approval of manpower documents.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements applicable to the deployed workforce.

6. Record Keeping & MIS

- Maintain an updated database of all recruited and deployed personnel.
- Track the status of:
- Recruitment
- Document verification
- Police verification
- Medical/fitness verification
- Joining
- Deployment
- Client approval
- Renewal/re-verification, wherever applicable.
- Prepare regular MIS reports for management.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee personal information and documents.
- Ensure proper filing and retrieval of records during audits and client inspections.

7. Coordination & Follow-up

- Coordinate closely with HR, Operations, Site Supervisors and Management.
- Follow up with candidates for pending documents and verification formalities.
- Liaise with external verification agencies and other authorized authorities where required.
- Support the company during client audits, inspections and verification exercises.





Required Skills & Competencies

- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee verification procedures.
- Strong documentation and record-management skills.
- Good communication and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to deal professionally with candidates, government officials, police authorities, clients and field staff.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email and basic computer applications.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documents.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment and verification cases simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and responsibility.
- Willingness to travel locally for recruitment, verification or official follow-up work, if required.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Candidates with qualifications in HR, Administration, Personnel Management or related fields will be preferred.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, manpower outsourcing, security services, facility management or a similar field preferred.
- Experience in handling security guards/housekeeping manpower and Government/PSU contracts will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in police verification, employee background verification and deployment documentation will be preferred.

- Timely fulfilment of manpower requirements.
- Accuracy and completeness of employee documentation.
- Timely completion of police/background verification.
- Minimum documentation discrepancies and verification rejections.
- Timely submission and approval of employee documents by clients.
- Maintenance of accurate and audit-ready employee records.

Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹[Amount] – ₹[Amount] per month, depending on experience and suitability.
