Job DescriptionWe are seeking an energetic, target-driven HR Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process. You will connect with candidates of various levels and roles, making multiple calls daily, screening, coordinating, and closing roles to help the company grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring manager to understand hiring needs, job specifications and required skills for different designations.
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, and other channels.
- Cold calls / outbound outreach to passive candidates
- Inbound calls from applicants
- Phone screening to assess experience, fit, availability, notice period, salary expectations, etc.
- Shortlist candidates after screening, present to hiring managers with summaries.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews (phone / video / in-person), follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain timely and clear communication through the recruitment process with candidates (update status, feedback, next steps).
- Negotiate offers,



finalize terms with selected candidates.
- Assist with onboarding of new hires (documentation, orientation coordination).
- Maintain and update candidate database / Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, number of calls, yield from sources, etc.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-2 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience; experience making high volume of candidate calls is a plus.

- Strong verbal communication skills; confident on phone.
- Good at prioritizing, multitasking, working under targets.
- Attention to detail; ability to assess candidates quickly and correctly.
- Basic negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools / ATS, MS Office.
